Quality Inn Forsyth - Decatur

The staff and owners were very delightful. They fixed any concerns we had with our room right away. The room was exactly what is expected at all Quality Inns. The hot tub was perfect after a busy day of holiday shopping. The bed was very comfortable and didnt hear a peep in the hallways during night hours! Great place to stay and i would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff was excellent. All the staff was very friendly and courteous. We had a lot of family in for a family reunion all staying in this hotel and they were all very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Quality Inn in Decator, IL was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! I walk in to front desk, lobby smelled on pot!! The room smelled of smoke, the stairways carpet were gross with stains, tears in carpet, the breakfast was aweful!! No milk for cereal, no one watching to see if certains items that needed to be refilled for breakfast. The guy checking us in that night was NOT FRIENDLY!! Overall, this was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at!! I would NOT refer this hotel to anyone!! I give this place 1 STAR.

Hotel was nice. The only complaint/comment I would have is they do have smoking rooms, so if you are on the second floor, even in a non-smoking room. You can still smell the smoke. The first floor you did not smell it. The hot-tub was also out of commission, but I could handle that, as the pool was still available.

Tonight i called to see if there was rooms available tonight and the lady (her name beeing Elizabeth) told me she did but then when saying the pool was down i lost interest because I really wanted one with a pool. Then with out me even asking she took the time to look on line and told me of other near by hotels were they had a pool and in room hot tubs this girl went beyond her job duty out of kinds she was super sweet and very helpful gave me the number to a place near by were we got a room . We was having a bad night and she sure turned it around for us. Just prior to speaking to her we had a reservation at the decatur conference center and after a 30 min drive there the receptionist turned us a way because all we had to pay with was a chime card ! So even tho I didn't stay at your forsyth hotel your employer went above and beyond to make sure we had a place to stay and was happy. ..thank you Elizabeth for helping make me n my husband night

We stayed 2 nights. Customer service was excellent! Breakfast was very good. Hotel room was very clean and bright. I absolutely loved the beds, they were so comfy! I had one issue with noise, but the general manager accomodated my and my kids accordling. Very happy with everything and will definitely stay there again!

My stay at the Quality Inn was enjoyable. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to explore the area, with restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The highlight of my stay was the excellent service from Jacob, who was very helpful, pleasant, and went above and beyond to assist me. The rest of the staff were also friendly and efficient. Although the facilities were basic, they were clean and met my needs. Overall, the Quality Inn is a great, budget-friendly choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Was far cleaner and comfortable than the reviews seemed to indicate. The only issue was that room 103's heater/air-conditioner didn't turn on. Checked with the desk to make sure we were trying right, and we were, but it still didn't work. They offered a different room, but we had gotten comfortable and with the thick comfortable blanket we didn't really get that cold. Definitely worth another visit next time I am staying over in Decatur/ Forsyth.
